Ze'ev Stein, Chairman of the Board |

In 1996 Mr. Ze’ev Stein started working at Orbit Alchut Technologies Ltd., a company his Father helped found. He started his work at Orbit as the Human Resources Manager and continued in this field until 1998. In 1998 he became Chairman of the BOD of Orbit/FR Inc., an American subsidiary of Orbit Alchut which necessitated staying in the States for long periods of time. Orbit’s subsidiary, Orbit/FR Inc. has recently been sold to Satimo, a French company. Since 1999 to the present day Mr. Stein has been an active Chairman of the BOD of Orbit Technology Group (formerly Orbit Alchut Technologies Ltd.). |
Avi Cohen, President & CEO |

Mr. Avi Cohen joined Orbit in December 2008, bringing with him over 28 years of business management experience in the hi-tech industry. Mr. Cohen is a board member of Nova Measurement Instruments’ Board of Directors (NASDAQ:NVMI). In his last position, Mr. Cohen served as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy to the CEO at ECI Telecom, a leading supplier of best-in-class networking infrastructure equipment for carrier and service provider networks worldwide. Prior to joining ECI in September 2006, Mr. Cohen held a variety of management positions at KLA-Tencor (S&P 500 company). During the years 2003-2006 he was a Group Vice President, Corporate Officer and Member of the Executive Management Committee based at the corporate headquarters in the U.S. and during the years 1995-2003 he was the President of KLA-Tencor Israel, responsible for the Optical Metrology Division. Before joining KLA-Tencor Mr. Cohen spent three years as Managing Director of Octel Communications, Israel, following his term as President and CEO of Allegro Intelligent Systems, which he founded in 1985 and was acquired by Octel in 1991. Mr. Cohen holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University, USA. |

Mr. Shmuel Koren joined Orbit in Oct 2009. Koren has a proven track record and a strong commitment to excellence. He served as an executive leader of dually listed hi-tech companies and before that in different high level management of financial, operational and IT divisions. Previously Koren has founded Mikory Consulting and earlier he was the President and CEO of B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (NASDAQ BOSC) Before that Mr. Koren served as CFO of the Visonic Group (LSE & TASE VSC). Mr. Koren holds a B.A. in Accounting & Management from the The College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS), and is a formal CPA. In addition, Mr. Koren holds an international MBA from Harriot Watt University and a Master degree LLM in law from the Bar-Ilan University. |
Yossi Levy, Senior VP Business Development |

Admiral (Ret) Yossi Levy served in his last position in the military as Deputy Chief of the Israeli Navy. Mr. Levy joined Orbit in November 2005 as VP Business Development and in 2006 added the Sales & Marketing Department to his responsibilities. Prior to his present assignment, Mr. Levy held various senior management positions in the public and Hi-tech industries gaining vast experience in the field of business management. He brings extensive leadership experience as well as management abilities to Orbit. Admiral Levy is a graduate of the Naval War Collage in Newport R.I, USA and holds a MBA from the University of Derby. |
Israel Adan, CEO, Orbit Communications Systems, Inc. (Orbit-CS, Inc.)

Mr. Israel Adan joined Orbit in April 2009, bringing with him more than 25 years of global telecommunications experience. Prior to joining Orbit, Adan served for 7 years as the President and CEO of Orbit/FR, Inc., a US public company - a leading producer of sophisticated, automated microwave test and measurement systems for the aerospace, defense, wireless communication, automotive and satellite industries. Prior to joining Orbit/FR, Mr. Adan co-founded and served as a senior vice president, business development at SigmaOne Communications Corp., where he was responsible for the worldwide development of wireless location technologies and services. Previously, Mr. Adan served as President of Tadiran Inc. (USA), a leading public (NYSE) $1 billion telecommunications equipment and systems company. In addition, Mr. Adan served as Chairman and Director of several Tadiran USA subsidiaries. Previously, Adan held the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Israeli Signal Corps and was head of an R&D division in the fields of advanced telecommunications and signal processing. Mr. Adan holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronic engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and attended the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. |
Nissim Barda, VP Human Resources |

Mr. Nissim Barda (Brig. Gen. Res) joined Orbit after 31 years of service in the IDF. In his last position, Mr. Barda served as Head of the Planning Division and Human Resources Administration in the General Staff. Mr. Barda joined Orbit in April 2007. He brings with him many years of experience in formulating policies and professional management in the IDF’s Human Recourses Division as well as determining and implementing human resources strategies. Mr. Barda holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Tel Aviv, an MBA in Economics & Business Management from the University of Derby as well as an MBA in Political Science from the University of Tel Aviv. |
Erez Shabirow, Senior VP R&D |

Erez Shabirow joined Orbit at 1992 and was appointed Managing Director of Orbit AGM (Airborne & Ground Mobile) at 1996 .Five years latter Mr. Shabirow was appointed General Manager of Orbit Tracking SBU. Since 2006 Mr. Shabirow has been leading the Research and Development department at Orbit Technology Group, responsible for various innovations and technology implementations in the fields of Audio Management Systems, Tracking & Telemetry and SATCOM marine, airborne, trains and land mobile. Mr. Shabirow holds a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, USA and a MBA from the Heriot-Watt University, UK. |
